The Alphorn Model “Spitzenklasse” is produced with finely selected spruce woods for musicians who are looking for something very special.

Due to the large bore and the widely flaring bell shape, we manage to achieve a full, warm, and very sonorous tone with extremely easy response. A guarantee for this is, among other things, the consistently uniform wall thickness of 8.5 millimeters.

Competitors search in vain for the highest quality materials such as the gold-anodized connecting sockets; in our models, these are STANDARD!

This Alphorn is classified in the absolute top class of Alphorns.

Some prototypes were with very critical testers in the production phase for several weeks in the domestic and neighboring foreign countries. The very clear result, to determine the quality of the Alphorn, was clearly in our favor compared to other top horns in the most important 5 factors.

+ the intonation within itself
+ the workmanship compared to very expensive top horns from competitors
+ the tone volume and sound of the Alphorn
+ the “easy jumping of the tones” during the course of play

Testing was done in various areas such as churches, halls, auditoriums, and outdoors – by both women and men. Among the testers were very experienced Alphorn players, including members of the Swiss Alphorn associations. They are particularly critical of “Alphorns from abroad.”
