The Alphorn made of walnut wood was produced for lovers of noble woods.

In Europe, America, and Asia, the tuning f is primarily played, in Switzerland, the Alphorn is most frequently used in the tuning fis/ges.

Characteristics and Features:

• 3-piece Alphorn made of walnut wood in tuning g
• consisting of hand tube, middle tube, and bell tube, bell foot made of maple (hardwood)
• multiple natural lacquered, without wrapping
• plug connections made of aluminum – gold anodized with sealing rings, therefore highly abrasion-resistant, very high fitting accuracy even after years without air loss
• high-quality and stable bell ring with 215 mm made of solid maple wood
• consistent and uniform 7 mm wall thickness
• tuned to 440 Hz (442 Hz possible)
• very intonation-secure and harmonious
• extremely easy response due to the special bell structure and wall thickness
• mouthpiece and Alphorn bag not included in the delivery
